How's your distributor? Sometimes the cover gets cracked, and moisture gets in...causing problems with spark. Could also be the distributor contacts too. Might want to open it up and see if you notice any visible sign right away of a problem area. How old are your spark plug wires and sparkplugs? I'd investigate those too, since you say your battery is okay, but your spark is not.Altinator problem perhaps?
