doubt if its lack of oil ..i think you would have heard the rumblings coming out of the box before now..it could be a sensor ..it could even be a broken drive shaft or final drive if your in the AA they will come out to you if you have home start these guys ain't daft and will easy find itWhere can you get a engine for a geo tracker?

A tiptronic gearbox is sealed; there should never be a need to top up the oil, that isn't your problem anyway. This type of box uses electrical actuators to change gear; the problem may be here they are known to blow fuses? Have you tried going into the tiptronic "shift gate" (shift up, shift down [almost manual])? What happens then?The fact that you've lost drive doesn't automatically mean its the gearbox, in fact it probably isn't.
