2001 chevy blazer runs great,but when engine is shut off the fuel system loses pressure at the intake.Why?

may be a bad fuel pump bleeding out because it should hold f/p for several hours. another possibility would be faulty injectors which would explain your trouble codes also. try running and injector cleaner through fuel rail system but make sure to block off fuel return line so as not to have cleaner run back into fuel tank and see if it helps. also make sure to erase codes.
