If you are talking about the motor blower related to the air conditioning unit the blower motor should be located somewhere by the firewall, which if you pop the hood is the wall where it meets the cabin, right behind the engine. If you have a/c on your car there should be some lines running to the blower. If you don't have a/c there should be some hoses running to the blower area, which have hot anti-freeze coolant running through them. The blower motor rotates and blows either hot or cold air into the passenger cabin. Its basically a fan. If you have a/c in your car one of the things thats hooked into the blower system is the freeon system. If you don't have a/c the only thing hooked up to the blower system is the anti-freeze hoses. They provide the heat when you want hot air going through the air vents. Those hoses pass through what is called a heater core, which looks like a small radiator. That is where the heat is "extracted" from the anti-freeze and then blown into the air vents by the blower motor. Usually the blower motor is inside a big plastic or metal housing, usually painted black. This housing looks kind of like a rectangular dome. It can be seen when you open the hood of your car, towards the back of the engine, remember that it touches that rear wall (i.e. firewall). Usually there are some screws holding the blower motor housing to the firewall. Remove the screws and then remove the blower motor housing to have access to the blower motor itself. It will not look like a regular fan. Instead it looks like one of those things a hamster gets in and spins over and over. Its a circular ring type fan. You'll know what I am talking about when you see it.
