Is it ok to run cold air intake without MAS? Should i rather go with High Flow intake? Wil sound be differnt?

If the car came without a MAS then no problem. If it was designed for a MAS it needs one to keep from running rich and wiping out your catalytic converter, or running lean and taking out you piston through detonation.
