Metalic Clanking from 91 Honda Accord?
Technically, its safe, as long as its pumped up.
But the law can get you because by the book, all four of your wheels should be exactly the same.
A lot of spares these days are stupid thin little things only capable of short journeys, but if you have a good old normal wheel, you should be fine.
I'm sure it's ok but you shouldn't go over 80 kph.

you will be ok, trust me, you can drive on a spare for weeks, you just cant travel over 50mph, i have driven on my spare for 2 days to work, 30 miles each way and i just stayed under 50mph and i was ok, got me there and back and now my spare is back in my trunk for my next use whenever i need it. just be easy over potholes and braking. dont do hard braking or hit big potholes. My head lights on my clio turn themselves off.?

Depends on the type of spare tire you have. I have a Ford F-250 pickup truck and my spare is just another tire, identical to all 4 of the others, so I could drive on it for the rest of it's life. On the other hand, I have a Geo Metro with a "compact" spare, which is rated for 40 miles at 40 miles per hour (I think, I am not sure I'm remembering the specs correctly). It is not designed to be used for the long term, just enough to get to where I can get the regular tire repaired. I would not count on it for more than a few miles at relatively low speed.4-stroke motors in-take valves.?
If you are going to drive on it. Try shifting all the weight that you can off that side of the car. Drive at a reduced speed beloew the speed limit. If you can find a can of tire glue to spray inside that will help it from breaking down. As well if your car is front wheel drive and the broken tire is on the front. Move your spare to the back and put a good tire on which ever axle is the driving source of your car. Ive seen people drive on spares for weeks. Im not sure how they could that long but they did. depends on the weather hotter temps tend to inflate the tires more temps are meant to be run on less than 500 miles totalIf you're talking about one of those toy donut spares, you shouldn't go over 45 on one, go fast around curves, go over bumps..In other words, they're pretty limited, but if you baby it, it will hold up.
