Answers:
Can I turn a non-turbo car into a turbo?
-39 move ..move right now...holy cow -39...this has been a warm winter where in god name you live?..What do headears do for your car?
It will not hurt a vehicle to be plugged in and running at the same time. The plug in is just a little heater....like whats in your tea kettle....that keeps the cars engine block warm.I have a '95 BMW 740-i with a "blown " engine ?
It can be bad for the heater as the oil is sucked into the engine and leaves the heater dry. It is designed to be IN the oil and after start-up the oil level goes down a bit due to circulation . That is what I was told about my truck. No it won,t.Why don,t you get a timer that tuns on the block heater a few hr before you start up the engine .Only takes a few hrs to heat the coolant up and would save you electricity
