Question:
I have auto dual climate control in my 2003 Chevy pickup, The fan doesn't always blow and sometimes it does and never shuts off until the battery is dead, something is also making a clicking noise in a box right next to my head in the roof liner.
Answers:
What would cause a wobble in the front end of my neon?
in all of my years at gm, never heard this one. the a/c heater blower motor staying on? or the coolant fan staying on? heard of the coolant fan staying on, a stuck relay being the culprit there.common failure. never a blower motor staying running. my first thought is a bad ignition switch., but usually this would cause something to not work until you cycled the ign key, then it might work.. you can try a blower motor relay, this model should have one. unless you have a wierd wiring issue with 2 bare wires touching, or a bad a/c control head in the dash. was any dash or electrical work done recently? this is a strange one, i have to say. check battery load test and alternator output. sometimes a weak batt or alt causes strange things to happen. seen that once or twice. Please help me solve this problem?
sounds like fan going outwhere can i find a spare parts dealer in the north west for my dethleffs caravan ?
i would agree with gear head....check your power distribution block under the hood....in your owners manual is a list of the relays and their uses.....if the relays look similiar then you can swap them or just pull them to see what's up but keep in mind they are some what delicate so use care when removing them you may need a pair of channel lock pliers to gently rock them while pulling them out ......and make sure you put them back.....also sometimes there are some relays in the fuse block....probably in the drivers door jamThe fan in my Jeep will only work on high?
Hi Gailthis sounds as if your truck gonna needs mr. goodwrench on this one
here's why apparently the climate control module is faulty and
nowhere are you going to find up to date info on possible recalls on
this make of truck than the dealer of the truck.
you may have a recalled problem and not know it.
That's da skinny from kenny
