What is the diffrence between the 1990 13b rotery and a 1993 13b rotery?

i also have an older ford ranger how do you bleed the cluch?

How can I identify the power steering resevoir?

It's hard to get to, but if you look at the front of the engine it is beneath the intake manifold (2.4). It is right on the block, and if you don't like tight places, it's not the job for you. It is right on the front of the block, above your oil filter etc.

As far as the clutch on the ranger, depending on the year the location varies. You should have a small reservoir on the firewall, that is for the clutch slave cylinder. If the reservoir is empty then it most likely has a leak somewhere, most commonly on the slave cylinder it'self. The slave cylinder is located usually on the side of the transmission and it attached to the clutch fork end. The slave cylinder is not a complex or terribly expensive part to replace.

The procedure to bleed it is the same as bleeding brakes, make sure the reservoir is full, replace the cap, pump up the clutch a few times and then release the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder. It is much easier to do this with two people. Repeat the steps until the clutch pressure is firm. Making sure that you keep the clutch slave cylinder reservoir full the whole time you are bleeding it, and you tighten the bleeder screw when finished.
