I have a 2000Mustang and is throwing out a little oil out of the air filter hose anyone know what this is?

By the sounds of it, you need your DPFE sensor replaced. About $75.00 for the part. (4U7Z-9J460-AA). Two minutes to replace part.

I have a 1958 Buick Super, After '58 it doesn't seem to exist anymore as a Buick Super.?

The 1400 series codes are "manufacturer controlled". this means it is not standard across the industry and may be different for different cars. it is generally reserved for "auxillary emission equipment" - so it sounds like you have an emission sensor out of range. you may have to take it to a dealer - or to someone who has the specific hardware/software for your car which will identify the sensor. seems unlikely that the CD or lighter would be related - but better have your battery/ alternator output voltage checked to make sure the system is in voltage spec. if the alternator voltage regulator fails it can go up to 16-17 volts which will start to fry things. if the battery goes dry it will go higher.
