try using CLR. just pour it on and scrub it with a stiff bristle brush then hose it off. that should do the trick.its a difficult one.. Try sand..
wouldn't know anything else you could do.. don't think you can wash stains off pavement...

Sometimes clay cat litter- very fine grain, will get up stains like that. Spread it in an even layer and let it sit for a day or so. Sweep up the litter and see if it helps.grab a bag of some type of floor dry, anything cheap will work. pour out enough to cover teh spot entirely, then with you shoes, grind the floor dry around all over the spot. Continue to do it till the floor dry is satuated good. sweep it up and re-do again. It should remove most of the stain. a cleaner like purple power or CLR may need to be used afterwards.
