My car is idleing down when I brake of press in the clutch. Is is a bad brake booster?

Question:
I drive a 1995 Honda Civic 1.6L. When I press the clutch or brake the idle goes down and the cart rumbles and dies. So stopping is a pain. I was told there was a vacuum leak and it might be the power brake booster. We have replaced the booster, master cylindar, and brakes. The mechanic is trying to solve by "process of elimination" and it costing more each time. I dont want to spend 300 to fix the booster if it isnt the problem. Any ideas where this leak could be?

I have a 2001 Ford Focus. Stalls and cuts out.?

That vacuum booster seems to be letting air into the vacuum line; therefore changing the fuel/air idle mix in the engine...

Any mechanics able 2 advise me what a pulley wobble is plse?

1.) bad diaphragm in the booster

Could a lot of mud cause my car to shake badly?

2.) missing or broken valve that allows booster to be effected by intake fuel/air vapors...

how do i get rust off of steel?

3.) vacuum hose leaking

Does this help any?

1999 pontiac gtp supercharged?

It sounds like it might be your air flow sensor, my truck did the something similar a few years ago and that's what the problem was.
Wish I could be more help.
