I have a 1997 Ford Explorer, my security alarm goes off 45 minutes after I lock the doors,?

Question:
I have a new battery and a new alternator. The security system was factory installed. I was told that the pins for the doors, hood and hatch back / window was the problem. If so how do I fint them ? I found the one under the hood.
