that squeaking my be your brakes. there is a small metal tab that warns you when your brakes need replaced. you may want to talk a look and see if this little tab is scraping against your rotor. a good mechanic can take care of you.you did`nt say when it squeak is it when you put your foot on the brake or otherwise if it`s when you apply the brake then you need to have the disc pads and rotor disc looked at and perhaps changed if it`s other than that then see a trusted mechanic but please dont spray wd40 that will lessen your braking ability
WD-40 is a very lousy lubricant. "WD" stands for "water displacer" not what you're looking for in a lubricant. They just have good marketing, so people think they're the bomb.
Liquid Wrench is much better for things people think WD-40 is for.
Don't EVER use it on a car wheel. There are specialized lubricants for places there should be lubricant, and brakes are not such a place.
