1995 Dodge Neon Transmission leak problem?

Question:
On my neon transmission, right by the transmission dipstick, is a sensor. Its completely round and made of plastic. How the hell do I get it out?? It spins but thats it, I tried pulling it straight out but no luck. HELP!!

that isn't a sensor it is a vent for the transmission case and if it's just a little damp around it then you're ok , but if it is coming out steadily then you have either over filled your trans or there is an internal issue
