Impossible.... the fuel & coolant systems are totally separate and NEVER share common ground so cannot cross contaminate.

It's MUCH more likely to be engine oil in the coolant or coolant in the engine oil. This results in a white creamy 'mayo' seen in the expansion / header tank.

i agree with the other responders citing the head gasket. if you have a gm 6.2 or a 6.5 while its being looked at, have them eyeball the block itself,they tend to crack internally.best solution is to get a cummins if you have a gm diesel. if this on a cummins,head gasket simply wore out,most likely from age

Drain the system put in a rad flush follow the instructions then refill and anti freeze . You did not specify wether you put desiel in by mistake or it got there on its own , if it did then you have a head gasket proplem or a cracked cylinder head
