Disabling the Anti-Theft on a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer?

Question:
I purchased my Mountaineer back in February, and the Anti-Theft had already been disabled. A few nights ago, I killed the battery which reset the Anti-Theft. Now, whenever I go to start my car I have to disable the Anti-Theft, which is a pain! Does anyone know how to disable it? Thank you in advance!
