Blown head gasket w/ a bad piston?
No I know this one.. no need for all of that.. There is a cable that locks the key in the ignition and will do exactly what its doing. No doubt that was a reposesson and they moved it while it was in park.If you can find someone to disconnect the cable underneath you wont have that problem anymore ..Its cheap and effective and I am sure this is what happened..Tell them to make sure they gave you the original key too.Sometimes they make keys for repros..and they arent exactly very good and this adds to the prob.. good luckI have a question about my check engine light?

This is a glitch in Saturn anti-theft device. Happened to me on a trip 400 miles from home. If you turn the wheel too hard when inserting key, it locks up. Anyway, it is a tough repair and you probably should let the dealer do it.
It got really cold, and now my car won't start. How can I fix it?
First try a new key (from dealer, not copied from the old one) and oiling the lock. However, bad lock cylinders are common on Saturns. Keys really should be replaced every couple of years. When the key wears down and is used it causes the lock to wear and eventually not work. Keys are typically made of soft metal which wears faster than the pot metal used in the lock. What things should be done in a tune-up for 93 Geo metro.?
If you bought the car without a full warranty you do NOT have a case. The lemon law requires your car to pretty much be dead on the side of the road multiple times before it comes in to effect.
I have a 2001 L200 (not sure what model you have). What happened with mine is that the tumbler in the ignition "fell." Mine was still covered under warranty and if you had an extended warrenty it should have been covered. Most dealerships do a certain number point inspection. If the igniton was covered on that inspection, it should have been tested, but then again, not sure how long you've had this car or when it was purchased.
Nissan Sentra 5 speed clutch always vibrating?
Spray a little WD40 in where the key is. That should get it loose. Then with that red plastic tube spray it in the ignition a bit. Also do your door locks, and trunk lock.Thats all...a little bit of lubrication.

Wow my son just did a Saturn and I watched. Sorry I would not want to put that on anyone. I would think you would want an auto parts store by you so you could return the parts if they are not the right ones.
