Better Business Bureau and/or contact the company who owns the franchise! Why does my car take so long to kick in the first shift shock?
mayors office or comsumer complaint or the BBBif it is a chain like jiffy lube or something, i would say to call the corporate office. also, possibly file a complaint in writing and keep a copy for yourself. take pictures of car if it is applicable. keep complaining and document it everytime you do. and if they still don't fulfill your wishes or lessen the bill, it may be time to take them to court. good luck!

It is a single place owned by one place - contact the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org) or a local news station (we have one called "On Your Side" that will help out locals who have been mistreated or used by businesses).
what is the average cost for a clutch on a 92 Corolla?
Have you tried your local television station? Sometimes a reporter from the station will investigate the situation for a news story and can get results that you might not be able to get yourself. The manager probably wouldn't want all the bad publicity......contact your local better business bureau not much else you can do unless you want to hire a lawyer

Brake warning light - Vauxhall Astra?
If you paid by credit card, call your cc company and they can freeze the payment. If you paid by check, put a stop payment on it, if it hasn't cleared your bank. Send a registered letter, return receipt requested to the manager- even though you've talked to him, written is better than verbal and you'll have a record of your complaints, and the return receipt slip will be proof he received it. Keep copies of everything for a file. Next, if the shop is a franchise (like Meineke, or Goodyear) find out the corporate office and contact them. Also consider a letter to the BBB- it won't get you any help financially but will let you record your issues with a official bureau. Good luck.Does anyone know the wheel lug pattern for a 1968 Buick Skylark?

Approximately how long can this engine last?
If it's a big shop that has multiple locations call the headquarters, if it isn't I would send a letter to the manager and tell him or her you were very disappointed with the way they handled things and that you feel you were "took". If nothing gets done, call the Better Business Bureau, I bet if you really push the issue they'll refund you for the work that wasn't done just so you are quiet about it. And I wouldn't go back to the shop for more work!Call / Email / Write the president of the franchise. The BBB is fairly useless. The CoC for your city are good starting places. If they charged you of work that wasn’t done then that is a crime, report it to the police and get a lawyer and sue them.

well a quick lube shop wont do the level of work you mentioned, because they arent trained to do this level of work. a regular mechanics shop will do this work, but then again theyre trained for this level of maintenance.but also if you needed this much work on the car id doubt it have run in the first place.sounds like you have gotten scammed hard.call the police, better business bureau,if its part of a chain call the head office ( they have to give you the information) and get a lawyer. when you talk to the lawyer make a copy of the repair bill for them.also dont ever surrender the original copy of the bill.well all i can say is what the hell kind of quick lube are you going to that performs all those repairs. I own 3 quick lubes and wouldnt even think of doing any of those repairs. We change oil. None of my guys are ase certified. AYou need to find a different shop. Save the oil chang efor the quick lube and the major repairs for the dealer or ase mechanic. I think you are just blowing steam up our butts. I cant believe a quick lube would do those services and if they do you are pretty stupid to let them even try.
