Does anyone know the specs on tightning pattern and torque foot lb for a 95 civic 1.5 ltr, without a manual?

first step--14 FT. LB.
second step--36 FT. LB.
third step--49 FT. LB.
fourth step-- tighten the 2 center bolt again to 49 FT. LB.
make sure all bolts thread are soak with oil
