Alarm triggered after stereo changed?

Question:
Can someone help me, I recently changed my stereo on my Honda Accord 2000, the Cd player works fine, except now after a couple of minutes it triggers the factory installed alarm system. what should I do?

i own a repair shop and its sensing a different voltage than the original stereo had,you can try taking the battery cable off of it and letting it clear its self, and if this don't work you,ll have to take it to a dealer and have them re-set it,they can set it for the amount of voltage the newer radio is drawing from the system,that's the only two options you have on this one,good luck with it,hope this helps.
