Wats the use of BLACK ICE performance chip?

i intend to buy something special for my BF, i saw this performance chip tht suits his car, but wats the use of it?

If t a performance chip for a car, it can do several things. I have not heard of "Black Ice" but I can assume it is the same as others out there. Super Chip is the best on the market and highly reccomend it. Performance chips can do a variety of things for vehicles, mostly they enhance fuel and air flow to make a cars computer react differently, opening up the true raw potential of a car, increasing horsepower, fuel economy ect. There are many out there, and can do many things.
