I have a 94 Lincoln Town Car with a fuel leak.?

I was told the shop replaced the fuel rail. Will a fuel rail allow a fuel leak by the rear axel?

Fuel rail is on the engine, not at the rear axel. If it leaks when the car isn't running then it's most likely the tank, If it leaks all the time when it's running then it's probably on the pressure line, If it only leaks once in a while it may be the return line.
