Positive crankcase ventilation valve.You've heard of a PCV valve? Well there is a very good chance that it is clogged, causing too much piston ring blow-by to get into the oiling system, which in turn would cause the symptom you described. Take the valve out, and give it a shake. It should rattle. I bet yours does not. It's about $7-10 at the local auto parts store. Important: make sure you then change your oil.

Could be worn out valve guides and valve stems. To check, take the valve covers off and buy the fittings and put some air pressure in where the spark plug goes. If the air comes by the valve stems, thats you problem. If the air comes from the oil returns leading to the crank case, the rings are your problem.how does a car batterier work?
