Question:
I will be driving down the road and suddenly everything dies. This includes all electrical and the engine itself. I have to safely pull over. I then lift the hood and wiggle the wire going to the battery. Suddenly all the power accessories come back on. Now most would just assume this is due to a weak wire. But if that is the case, why would the whole engine die like its been doing? Any clues on this will be greatly appreciated!

This problem has plagued chevy trucks for quite a while. You better just take the wires off the battery and give them a really good cleaning, the positive side should have two cables on one bolt- take this apart and clean between these and then put the cables back on the battery and tighten. Then again your battery connections may just need to be tightenedDoes remote car key has battery in it?
