Basically that it's a knock off fast and furious style car. That it's not cool, pretty much, I hate to say. Ricer is typically the term we use for cars with loud obnoxious exhaust, HUGE obnoxious wings, a hundred stickers, and stripeed interior, but tons of neon and sound stuff.Heres the definition:

Sorry your friends car is being branded in such a way, but that's what happens in the car world. I get a ton of hate from ricers cause I have a v8. It's a pretty racist world lol and not just black/white racist.

It's a little piece of s*it japanese car that someone spends a fortune making it look like a pimped-up wigger-mobile... usually more than they originally paid for the car. My badass truck likes to snack on them. They're a bit heady, with a piquant after taste.A rice burner is a slang term used for cars like those seen in the movie "Fast & the Furious" that have enlarged free flow exhausts and run on Nitrous and sound like lawn mowers. Basically, it's a Jap car that has been modified in a pathetic attempt to look and sound more sporty, yet they don't perform any better than true sportscars. My BMW 325i with stock engine could smoke a piece of crap rice burner and even corner better at higher speeds because it was built for that.
