Question:
When I went to get my oil changed today they said I had to get my oil filter housing replaced because it was turning. I had it replaced a year ago when the same oil change place said the same thing and when I took it in today to st an appointment the Saturn dealership said that it shouldn't be turning and that the oil change place caused it to turn. Who should I trust and if it's the oil change places fault who do I contact to get them to pay for it? I got the housing fixed at the Saturn dealership so would that still be under warrenty?

Will current automobiles that run off of gasoline be able to run off of ethonal?
Not covered under warranty unless you brought it to a Saturn Dealership to have the oil changed, it is the Oil Change Place's fault you need to get a statement from the dealership saying that it was broke as a result of the manner in which the oil change place changed you filter, then make them pay for it.I would before you contemplate any action you should read the disclaimer given by the oil change joint. You may be out of luck in that area. However, now you know. I would be choked too. I would see to get partial payment from them. as they did it 2ce. My opinion only.
thermostat on a ford scorpio cosworth?
Bad place ive worked in shops and have never seen a housing turn weird find a good independent and take your car there for oil changes they are the same price and will check yoour brakes too usuallyDisclaimers don't mean anything. you can write a disclaimer saying anything, that doesn't make it stick. anyway, they are responsible for what they do to your vehicle, so, unless it was previously defective, you can contact the manager about filing a claim with them, if that doesn't get it, take 'em to small claims,, Contact the service dept for an opinion on the cause of the damage.
