Can anyone help with my mx5 it has been lowered and i need to know if i can higher it back to oringinal?

i own a shop, and yes you can change every one of them ,they just knock out through the rotor or the rear axle, and take one with you to the parts store to get new ones by,but you can change all of them i just got done doing a jeep, so i could use a different set of wheels on it,good luck i hope this helps.

Foamy Oil?

Yes,
check to see if your present studs un-screw or punched through to remove from the back.
Go to NAPA or any good parts store and tell them what you want.
Good luck

What is the best automotive interior product to put on MARINE VINYL for waterproofing?

Spacers are generally a bad idea they put a lot of undue strain on the lugs as well as all the suspension components behind them, but most parts stores should be able to tell you what studs fit your car (knurled or threaded and the thread size/pitch) and can look up longer than stock ones for you.
