The air in a tire is what carries the weight of the vehicle. (To a point) the more air in the tire, the more it can carry. A tire can be considered principally as a container for air. The important thing to consider when changing tire sizes then is the load carrying capacity of that tire at a given pressure. You want to match the load capacity of the replacement tire to that of the original tire at its recommended inflation pressure. Every tire size has a table indicating its load capacity at different pressures. For passenger car tires this gets somewhat complicated as there are two different size standards: "Passenger-Metric" (P-Metric for short) and "Euro-Metric". Dimensionally they are interchangable but the load and inflation tables differ. A P-Metric tire at 30 psi may not carry the same load as a Euro-Metric tire of the same size.

Question about "jump start" product/kit (big yellow box w/jumper cables) I bought on ebay?

A P-Metric tire sized P185/65R14 85S at 30 psi has a load capacity of 1,040 lbs. If it is a Euro-Metric sized 185/65R14 86S then the capacity at 30 psi is 1,014 lbs.

What is the best synthetic oil for a 2005 ford focus ZX3?

A P-Metric P205/60R14 88_ at 30 psi has a load capacity of 1,153 lbs. A Euro-Metric 205/60R14 88_ at 30 psi has a capacity of 1,069 lbs. So while 30 psi would clearly be fine as you will actually exceed OE specs, you could actually go as low as 26 psi on the P-Metric tire or 29 psi on a Euro-metric tire in this size and maintain sufficient load capacity.

What can I do with my old oil, can I filter it through an old air filter and use it again or ?? Can it be mix

On the sidewall of your tire(usually near the tire size) is the operating psi. Usually, for most tires, its 32 psi. Special tires and low profile tires may take more or less air. DO NOT fill it to the max psi.

Mercedes 240 sport Vreg making a funny tapping noise HELP?

Check your operators manual, but would think the same pressure would be good. The manual on one car said for speeds at and above 75 mph the best pressure is the top pressure listed on the tire sidewall. Tire pressure should always be checked before the car is driven or sun has hit the tires. Early morning is the best time. If the tires have been driven add three additional pounds and if in bright sun probably about five extra pounds. ~
