Is there any way to fix an electric rear window demister which has lost some lines?

The top few bars of my demister work but the rest don't. Is there a way to fix this without replacing the window?

Had car towed out of muddy embankment, now everything vibrates at speed. Is it the alignment?

A quick tip is that you first use a metal cleaner on the strips and see if there's just build up of oxidation on the conductive areas. Find the first defective bar then clean it with a Maybe that's the only problem and you will end up not having to buy a new window.
