fine tuning is messing with EVERYTHING but remember, think of the car being a human body, if you tune the air/fuel its like working out. if you change the suspension, its like new shoes. If you are serious on knowing buy yourself and OLD i mean OLD civic that still runs and fiddle with it tune this tweak that and youll understand what I mean. PROCEED WITH CAUTION please
