it's my buddy's '94 Chevy S-10 (manual)
He puts in transmission fluid, and it leaks out. It doesn't leak as fast as he puts in fluid, but it's dry in a matter of minutes.
Does the mass air flow get oil contaminates after re oiling the K&N filter?
Diagnosis and treatment would be appreciated!

First guys been drinkin' well the CLUSH or clutch as sober people call it is not the issue. I bet he parks on a hill somewhere and there is oil under it.If it is dry in a matter of minutes the has to be a lot of fluid under the car. You say fluid you mean gear lube don't you as transmission fluid is not what goes in a manual.

there are only a couple of things. Front seal or rear seal. it could be a bad drain plug, The only way to see is look at it. do remember that there is no oil at the tail seal when it is sittin level, so that would be my first shot and it is the easiest to replace. then the front seal would be second and the requires dropping the tranny which for you and he is a 1 day job, then replace all gaskets while it is out. There aren't any cooling lines so that isn't the issue..

i own a repair shop,and its probably got a bad seal in it,that's about the only thing that will leak it out that fast unless the casing has a bad busted place in it,other than that it would have to be a seal ,good luck hope this helps.How can I fix a leaking of automatic transmission from the radiator.
