you cant,,its built in to the computer on this one,,you can change the chip in the computer and this will by pass it ,and make it run a lot better,,but you need to bu a good performance chip to put in it for this to work,,good luck hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

or go order a v tech chip to bring up the horse power.check your air filter make sure its now blocked.it the motor has over 75000 miles you may as well get it rebuilt.o wait its a s 10 ,4-6 cylinder
if its a 4 change the motor .if its a 6 well its shot change the motor.buy a converter and install a small block 350 .then you dont have to worry about speed.
