depends on how good you want to polish it... wash it the use turtle wax and polish it the rub it off..or go buy a buffing tool and some buffing compound and polish the car that way
but becareful..you will burn the clearcoat right up if your rpms are too high or you sit in one spot for too long. be prepaired for some sore muscles if you decided to buff the whole car

If your car has good paint: take it to a car wash and give it a good scrub. Stop at your auto parts store and buy a good liquid car wax. Go home and find 4 to 6 old T-shirts. Use one to apply the polish to the surface of the car..do only one area (panel) at a time. After short drying time start polishing with clean T-shirts. continue this process until you have done the entire car. Turtle Wax does a good job if you haven't tried any car waxes. When you finish polishing take a couple of aspirins with a glass of water to ease the aching pain in your arms.
