I accidenlty backed into a white pole..is there any way to get the white chips off the back of my car..some came off with my fingernail but some wont. any advise? my cars blue and its not dented or anything..just there white in one spot on the back

See if you can find some blue car polish at any parts store.

When starting a car in cold weather, should you let it warm up for a few minutes to not harm the car?

Try washing your car( if you haven't already) at the car wash with a power washer hose. If it wont come off still, you can try to mtch the paint with some paint from an auto store....be careful selecting the color though.
