You can fit most any motor and transmission to virtually any car. Be very careful though, it can take a lot of fitting and a nightmare of an electrical hookup to make everything work right.Don't try it if you're an amateur. Get a pro to do it for you and be prepared to spend a healthy sum of money.

Mazda makes perfectly good engines that will go in a lot easier.
you can make anything work, but you would need to work with the trans axle as well. its only worth the aggravation if you have both cars to work with.
