Its not the end of the world. It may knock and ping a little but nothing to bad. You could go to the parts store and get some Octane booster And put that in the tank to help.Was it completely empty and you filled it? Or was it low and you put a little in? The computer will try to compensate for the lowered octane, there may or may not be some pinging and poor performance, depending. But it won't cause any permanent damage, drive it easy (don't race, no jack rabbit starts) until it gets down to where you can add more premium to it.

not really a big deal one tank will not do much especially if the tank was half full. What happens is the engine will knock months of knocking will damage the engine but one tankfull of reguklar will do no damage. If you are really concerned go any store with an automotive department and buy octane booster and add it to the tank it will make your regulr gas premium...
