Why wont my car start in the cold?

My car is fuel injected. it turns over when i try to start it. the lights and radio come on but the car wont start.

If the engine is turning over when you try to start it, the list of possible problems is endless. Question for you: Does it get cold enough where you live for water to freeze on a regular basis? If it does, and you let the amount of gas in your tank get below 1/4 tank, you could get gas line freeze from water condensation in the tank. The easy way to cure that is to put a bottle of Dry Gas in your tank the next time you fill up. If that's not the problem, I'd try cheap stuff like replacing the air filter or putting a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank first. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll probably have to take it to a mechanic and let them figure it out.

Something is not catching. Sounds like the starting sequence is fine and maybe your sparkplugs need to be replaced or you need a fuel injector cleaning?
I'd go for that tune up soon becuase you are stressing out everything that leads up to your little problem of not making that turn over.
