How to replace windshield washer pump on 1995 Mercry Villager van ?

The fluid reservoir is full and the fuse is OK, when I turn on the pump, wiper moves but there is no spray.

Process of elimination. Check the switch and the pump seperately. Electrical in a vehicle can be a headache.Use jumper wires to the pump and connect to the battery to power it up. If windshield washer squirts out it leaves the switch. Use a mutimeter set on ohms to check the switch for continuity in the wire with the switch on.
