How much should I pay for new rotors and brakes, and also I have a tire that leans and grinds? 94 explorer?

It depends how much. If it is a little 4 cylinder, an 1/4 inch above "FULL" can be a big problem. If its a big V8, even a half quart over wont be a big problem. A 1/4 quart over isnt going to kill your engine... alot of vehicles say "4.7 qts or "5.3" quarts in the service manuals... we usually go by half quarts, so they get 5 and 5.5 quarts in an oil change.

1995 Chevy Lumina 3.1 burnt valve?

If you definetly over filled it alot, just remove the new filter, empty it out, and screw it back on. Because oil filters need to be pressurized, to fill up with oil completely, it will not be a big deal.

I have a 1994 MAZDA 626 ES ,when changing rear disc brakes, how to you move the pistons back into the calipers

If that little (one pint of one quarter ) is no problem.
However , if that little (is half of one quarter ) in a four cylinder .
You should anticipate to remove it.
If that little is near to one quarter; probably will cause the rear main seal will leak or the front seal.
In some case will cause the car will smoke( blue smoke at the pipe)
