Question:
My steering wheel has always wobbled when I press on my brakes. I just had my tires rotated and 4wheel alignment and now it wobbles when I'm driving. @ 38mph the wobble begins. @ 55mph it lessons untill at ~70mph it goes away or is just a slight vibration. After the car is driven a while, the problem actualy improves.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago after taking my truck to a dealership for the 30,000 mile check up. I had to go to a different car shop across the road and they fixed the problem by changing the lead weights on the tires (tire balancing).Coolant leaking out of Exhaust Manifold!!!?
could be balance issues with your tires or posibbly a universal joint, could even be your tires and how they have wornIf the tires are o.k. and have been balanced...it may be bad steering parts, ball-joints, shocks, and (if you have a front wheel drive) bad c.v. axle...or on a rear wheel drive an unbalanced drive-shaft...

FIRST THING TO CHECK IS YOUR TIRES,MAKING SURE THAT THE TIRES ARE NOT OUT OF BALANCE OR WORST TIRE IS COMING APART.ANOTHER ISSUE IS BRAKING.THIS CAN BE A RESULT OF WARPED ROTORS.HAVE THE CAR CHECK OUT AGAIN BEFORE ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS.IT IS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AS WELL.seeing how you just had an alligment which is one of the main causes, now i would have your tierod checked, or you might be in need of what they call a bushing.

i'm guessing the brake discs could be warped a lilI'm not sure w/ your situation,but it sounds like your Rack &
Pinion going bad.It could also be,loose or wore out front-end
pieces, such as tie rod ends,ball-joints,or wheel bearings,etc.unless they were ,"supposedly " replaced.If an alignment was done, it doesn't do much good without replacing most,or all, of those parts.
