Is there an easy way to change the headlights in a 2000 Jaguar S-type?

I can see the bullbs but have no idea of how to getthem out as tight as the positioning is. please help.

Usually you can move whatever is directly behind the housing. Look in your owners manual, it will tell you how to do it. If there isn't an easy way... don't buy another Ford product next time!
