there's a good chance that the fuel is frozen in the lines. You can have a block heater installed to help avoid this as they do in the prarie provinces that have long hard winters or if it's a temporary situation you could try a hair dryer to warm things up a bit and lastly if this happens a fair bit during the winter get some gas-line anti-freeze. It a small bottle that you dump in the gas tank. They're probably about $5 a bottle and available anywhere they sell car stuff like oil, windshield wiper fluid etc.

your engine is too cold. plug in your heater core. if you dont have one....then you should put on in if you live in a colder climate. they arent that expensive

It has to turn over fast enough to ignite the gas. I would suspect the battery. Walmart can check it, free. Get someone to give you a jump, if the car starts, it is the battery. If it won't start, it could be the auto choke is not working. Hold the foot pedal to the floor while trying to start it.
