How can I tell if my brakes need to be replaced?

There is a enrichment part to the fuel system that runs a rich mixture until the engine is at temp. something is wrong with this system. Have a mechanic check it out. As I recall this is a fuel injected engine so you do not have an automatic choke as these are on carburetored engines.

Car wont start?

Automatic choke is messed up
