How can I get oil stains out of concrete, in my garage?
Your transmission is getting ready to go, And those Chrysler products from the mid 80's are notorious for it. Be happy it's still going after 21 years. Get a different car. Don't throw your money away on something 21 years old. Some day soon it will leave you stranded. Can Ford Motorcraft Oil be used for any vehicle make?
From what you are describing, sounds like at least U-Joints, at worst a transmission, but most likely a torque converter. If your transmission has a Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) solenoid, then it could cause the condition you describe. Sometimes you can disconnect the electrical control cable to the TCC to stop the stalling until you can get the TCC replaced.
