I have a 2001 GMC Yukon and check engine light came on and the code said 1153. What does this code mean?

Should I put trans fliud in at Red Cap screw if it looks dry and empty?

go to google and type in gm codes and it should pull up a listing for them, i know there is one for dodge trucks. You can go to auto-zone and they will give you a print out of all the codes
