Why does my car stutter when cold.?
you'll either have to call someone out which may take time and be expensive, or depending what car you have maybe break a window, I've done this before to a door window and got a new one cheap from a breakers and fitted it myself? unless you can find a car thief - who would probably get in in minutes?wha is blow over when it pertains to the darkening of motor oil?
If you have OnStar, call them, otherwise looks like you will have to call a locksmith. Depending on the city you live in, sometimes if you call the cops and tell them that you locked your keys in the car, they can jimmy the lock for you. Hope you have a better day!Get to a phone (pay phone if you must) and call a local tow service, or AAA if you have it, for an unlock. It will be WAY cheaper than breaking a window as long as you are not in the middle of nowhere.
That's about your only option unless you can jimmy the lock.
How to change out a heater core in a 1996 Mustang Coupe?
call AAA or locksmith.you should always have a spare key.If you have an old beater car, like I do, you can stick a crow bar in the top of the door frame and bend the door open about 1-2 inches. That will most likely scratch the paint. Then you can reach in with a skinny piece of wood (I had a 3' long piece of 1/2" rebar, and that worked fine) and hit the door unlock button or move the lock tab to the unlock position.
It is not an elegant solution, but it definitely works. I've done it to several cars (none of them were nice). It does not warp the door or damage the hinges or latch.
