Why is my car running poorly?

I have a Dodge neon with 119,000 miles. I just had most of the maintenance work done. Last week, i had the fuel injection service and now my car is running poorly. It has a hard time accelerating and making a loud noise (like a refrigerator). Any ideas?

Could be the EGR valve. If it's a '96 or newer, it has ODBII and you can get the codes read.

A problem for your acceleration can be the crankshaft of the engine. The loud noises can come from exhaust box, or from the pipe going there from engine to the exit is cracked somewhere.
