have a 2002 sebring. It used to work really good but since last night it stopped working( because of weather? It was under -30C) and that red light was blink all the time but now it stop blink just red light. I think something problem with that. please someone help me TT;; thanks

Check coolant level, plus if you leave outside in winter it is a good idea to have a block heater installed in order to pre heat the engine and make it easer to start. Also is the oil 5-20 wt? If any heavier than that you can have problems
