90 Trofeo rear wheel is tilted when sits still or moves forward, in reverse its completly straight ?

Question:
The car is hard to drive when the pavement is wet or icy, in dry weather it's fine. The rear left wheel is tilted the bottom leans out away from the car, but in reverse you can actually see the wheel straighten to its normal position after the car move a couple of feet.

Answers:

My "check engine" light is on. How can I find out what's wrong.?

the car definately needs aligned in the rear and possibly needs new rear struts or shocks too.
